Paul Opello – The Re-discovery of the Garden at Hagley

Paul Opello is Head Gardener at Hagley, the first garden made by the Du Pont family (who went to make Longwood and others). Long since abandoned, smothered in weeds and invasives he has led a team to uncover its beauty and reveal its secrets, including which are thousands of bulbs. An extraordinary and moving story.
